Re: What's for dinner?
Stripped the bones of the weekend's roast chicken.
Cubed the meat and gently fried with chestnut mushrooms in sesame oil.
Added to wild mushroom and Marsala sauce (Tesco's Finest) and cooked pasta.
Pudding: tarte aux pommes (TF again!) with a dollop of coconut yoghurt.
Romeral 2011 Rioja (M&S - a present)...wonderfully creamy wine. Recork or finish?

The only certain way of avoiding the above is to sup the lot.
Stop faffing and get slurping.

Re: What's for dinner?
A nice piece of lean lamb shoulder, marinated in Rioja, garlic and rosemary, has just gone into the slow cooker on the lowest setting! Should be good tonight.

Re: What's for dinner?
Why do menus just sound better in French?
