Bremont Americas Cup Collection

Post by tempusmaximus »

Sponsoring the prestigious boat race America's cup has proven to be a big deal for a number of watch brands so far , and as of may earlier in 2015 , Bremont is the first British watch maker to be the official timekeeper of the event. The America's cup collection has been announced, containing four different- albeit not entirely new references .

^^ yes yes yes. Sucker for a clean design and blued hands. Too bad it'll probably be ridiculously priced

I would be happy to wear any of them.

But for the money charged no doubt, I will be equally happy never to wear any of them.

Not overly keen on the red strap, but other than, I would be happy with any of 'em. (Scary prices though!)

Too much dual-branding on them for my taste. Nice designs though.

Not this particular collection, but I have tried them on, looked at them in person and in good and bad photos. Although they are very good watches, there is not one Bremont model that jumps out at me. Maybe some day....

I quite like the GMT, but the price and the 43mm diameter will make sure I never own one.
