I can understand your surprise when seeing a low resale price.... It happens. Having 10 years of sales to look at shows a few ups and downs in the secondary market just as with any collectible. That's why we can only look at averages and trends.
If/when you are putting something up for sale timing is everything.

I am lucky enough to have bought a C11 on a bracelet in the sale and have no intention of selling but it seems they are going second hand for more than I paid new! Happy days!
