That is the C20 Lido 2009 Forum Limited Edition (100 made) although you may see it referred to as the C2 FLE. It was based on the C2 Lido which was quartz and after this FLE they then went on to produce the C20 which was automatic. The C2 and C20 are no longer in production.

Also fwiw the c2/c20 does bear some resemblance to the IWC Ingenieur
