Agreed don't really understand the jumping second complication on the Habring

watchstudent wrote:^ that GO is beautiful, maybe the best looking in the world for me is the Lange 1 and so the GO "pano" watches are pretty gorgeous. Think i prefer a power reserve though:
I understand the Lange has better finishing and movement.
But I prefer the GO Pano designs to the Lange 1's. The date is on the same plane and the moonphase window is a great shape. It looks a little more casual while the Lange is more flashy/formal with the gold indices and hands.

Have you also heard about Montre Exacte? This is a small Austrian company that produce a "Viertelwatch" = Quarterwatch with a retrograde second hand:

http://youtu.be/MYk_3-mGHqE

Niederösterreich is divided into five regions: Weinviertel, Mühlviertel, Mostviertel, Waldviertel and Industrieviertel...
Viertel actually means a "quarter" and the founder of the company has developed this movement so as to metaphorically/technologically allude to the region (Weinviertel) the watch is being produced in.

Thanks Serlo, an interesting read about the company(once translated). Never seen the 1/4 retrograde before.
Many thanks, Nick.

Thanks for posting this Blowfish - one of the best horizontal aligned two sub dial chronographs I have seen in a long while. Although the back is not as nice as the PLM, it's not ugly.

Are you sure it's an actual reality, real watch you can pick up, hold and wear?
I ask as the website appears not updated...

Not sure my resolve of not buying a watch for a year or two will last, I really want a diver (ideally a blue one at that). Anyone have experience of this watch (Seiko "Sumo" SBDC003)

Thanks for posting this Blowfish....
Had to do a double take on that as I scrolled up, not down.
...and a quick look made me think it was the Jorg Grey logo on the rotor

as in (example Jorg Grey site)...

I have tried on both the Moonphase auto and the handwind power reserve and think they are both fantastic - if only money was no object! :)

Stop with the GO!

You are not helping my "no watches until mid-year" resolution...

My current favourite is this one:

But I also like it in this colour combination:

Still haven't seen one for real though.
