Venison burger topped with dry cured crispy bacon and extra mature cheddar, with roasted shallots, roasted tomatoes and honey glazed sweet potato chips.

Lovely.

Technically, I suppose mine was burger and chips. Also cooked up a batch of chilli sauce for the guys at work while I was in the kitchen

I did a gluten free quiche. Bloody nightmare to proof/roll as no gluten! Still, tastes lovely.

SWMBO works away a lot - 1-3 nights a week most weeks - so there is quite a lot of cheese on toast or burger and chips consumed in her absence! 8)

Bit early for dinner, but after a busy morning, just settled down for crumpets with my wife.....dripping with butter and toasted before a wood fire, washed down with an aromatic tea blend.
