Just on my way home from work in London, chap standing next to me on the Victoria Line was sporting a rather nice cream dialled C3 chrono on black leather. Third or fouth CW I've seen in the wild now.

I was at a friends house for a dinner party recently and noticed that one of the other guests had a C6 Kingfisher on. I didn't say anything, but it wasn't until he left that he said "I see we both have great tast in watches!", obviously having noticed my C60 Trident GMT!

I was shopping at Lakeside today and sat down to eat lunch, I noticed the man opposite was wearing a C8.
I struck up the conversation and I learned, he had owned his for 4 years and had just bought a C11 with the 15% off.
Being delivered tomorrow.
He also said he would probably sell the C8 to make way for his new one. So I advised him to join the forum and see where it leads him.
Who knows what he really thought of a total stranger commenting on his choice of watch, but if the roles were reversed, I would be chuffed..

Once again through work i encountered the chap not far from where i live with the Green Limited Edition C7 Rapide
The Green face is very classy out in the wild and with the Tan/Brown strap its a striking watch :D

Its quite funny how "Wardy's" recognise other watches ..... I was wearing a C5 Mk11 Aviator with Cream dial and this fellow clocked it immediately

I asked him if he was into the brand and he replied " I occasionally look to see whats emerged but bought the C7 simply because i wanted a Racing style themed watch and liked the unusual face colour "

Cant say fairer than that !!

i am the only stranger that anyone knows that wears a cw watch. As we all know, most people do not wear watches at all these days. But i do suspect this is gonna change when apple comes out with their thingie.

Hopefully, it brings good attention to "the wrist".

I have not seen a CW on a stranger before here in the San Diego area. Only on my son who I got a blue C60 for and my wife who has a orange C61 to match my orange C60. I have, however, been complimented a couple of times by strangers who saw my C8 mkII U2 vintage.

Never seen any other CWs either. But a few people have told me my C60 is a nice watch (including the guy at the Omega showroom yesterday, who also asked me if my C60 uses an ETA movement or an CW's own movement).

Seen a Dr in my local A&E wearing a C11 today, looks wonderful in reality, much much better in the flesh than any photos I've seen. Started saving already.

Work in health care. One of the MDs here, an Omega man, noticed my C1 Russell and commented on it. We had a brief discussion about CW. He confessed he had never heard of the company. Later that day he said he looked at CW site and was thinking of buying one for himself. May start seeing at least one other CW after the holidays.

I haven't seen anyone else with a CW yet. Not sure if it's because I'm deployed or because they haven't spread much into the US military yet. I imagine they are rare enough to see in the US anyway.

There's a fellow who takes the Waterloo and City line that has a C8, and there's quite a few on my morning commute into London too.
