Grandchildren change everything, not only Christmas. And the change is for the better. We have a third one due a week before Christmas which will change it even more this year.Kip wrote:I feel about the same Steve. To many years in retail killed it for me. I am hoping the addition of a Grandson will help reverse that.
It's starting to look a lot like Christmas :)

Looking good Ferg.
Our tree goes up far too early but comes down just as quickly. It may make it into the new year but not by much.

It is very rare for us to be in the UK for Christmas: we typically are in NZ and attend midnight mass in shorts!
We are also strict on decorations going up on Christmas Eve and going down with the twelfth day.
However, comma, we threw a Christmas party for my father-in-law who flies down under this week so put up a tree. It feels not-quite-right, but having bought it.........
