I get your point Mark.

The problem is that most people don't want to wait if they know the watch is ok according to feedback from CWL. That is why they were shipped. Having 1 of 10 complain (my arbitrary numbers) is better than 9 of 10.

no problems with email to/from Wera here. My replacement C60 bracelet is on the way, I'm sending the wrong one back tomorrow.

Saw this thread, saw Kip's helpful comments, e-mailed Wera who was on it in record time and my plate is on its way.
I was already delighted with this watch now I'm getting a belated bonus. I'm a happy chappie!
