My Tissot collection has grown!! UPDATED!!

Post by Monkey »

My vintage Tissot collection has expanded again (suprise suprise) with the addition of a few hard to find models :D

I didn't have long to take the pics, so couldn't set it up that well, but hope you like, and thanks for looking :)

Got to do a bit of research on this one, but not seen one with the cherry red dial before!!

Image

Navigator with Lemania mov't, same as my other one, just with black dial & white subdials, plus this one's in mint conditon for an approx 40 year old watch!!

Image

And a 'Rocking horse poo' 50's Seastar Deluxe, again in superb condition. Love the dial on this one 8) but do need a better pic!!

Nice watches Monkey, especially like the Seastar a very classy looking watch reminds me of an Omega DeVille Hour Vision. 8)
No more Quartz (except when I cannot resist).

Ok, ok.......I'll try and get some done later!! Only found the charger for my camera this afternoon, and was in a bit of a rush to do these earlier!!

Thanks for the comments tho :)

I like all of them for different reasons, and the Navigator chrono I've got have hardly been off my wrist, but I couldn't resist that Seastar, altho it's quite small, as it's such a nice looking watch 8)

Got another piccy of the Seastar, but it wasn't the easiest watch to photograph without getting a lot of reflections!!

Thought I'd add this recent-ish acquisition in aswell as got it back from my watchman yesterday, altho obviously not a Tissot!!

It is nice isn't it.....I was quite drawn to that as usually they have a black dial, so thought this was quite unusual :)

Nice collection, Monkey. My first proper watch was a Tissot, so I have a soft spot for them.

It's 40mm accross including the crown, but is quite chunky looking, so wears a bit bigger, and is a nice size on my skinny wrists :D

Agreed :D The Seastar is 35mm accross including the crown, so typical sizing of the 50's, and does look a tad small on me, but couldn't resist as love the look of it 8)

Thanks for the nice comments chaps
