Speedy Pro - 1 watch, 3 different ways

Post by Vicious49 »

I decided to mess around with a few of the straps I had laying around. It is amazing how the Speedy can pull off all 3 looks.

Excellent photos! The Speedy is an amazingly versatile watch. You can put nearly any strap on it and it looks great.

A lighter tan leather looks good, as does a black alligator strap. Have fun experimenting! :)

Classic good looks. Slight envy tbh, might have to sell up to fund one.

The Speedy always looks best on its bracelet IMO, but it does look quite fine on each of those straps too, especially the last one.

Looks great. I've worn mine on the bracelet (my favourite), a black CW alligator grain, a black NATO, and currently on a dark brown vintage look leather. It looks good on all of them, although I don't get along with the NATO on the Speedy for whatever reason. The Speedy is one of the most versatile watches you can buy.

I have always thought the bracelet suited the speedy perfectly but agree that it looks cracking on all three. Particularly the middle black leather. Very nice indeed.
Cheers now, Paul

Looks great on the perforated or plain leather with a definite preference for the perforated one. Thanks for posting all those photos.

Looks great, I have to say, in all three incarnations. It's a tempting watch, no question. But my head is also turned by the sheer head-turning in-your-face glitz of the orange bezeled Planet Ocean on the orange leather strap. When the time comes to welcome an Omega into the fold, it will a tough choice to make. 8)
