I was thinking that but looking past the colours, there are two subdials, I bet the left one is the day sweep seconds, the right one stopwatch minutes, the stopwatch sweep seconds being on the centre? And it goes tick tick tick at a rapid rate?

Cheap and cheerful little Seiko 5 for hanging around the house doing odds and ends. Only £60.
