C10 with Bas & Lokes leather strap

Post by triffidman »

Hi all, just wanted to share a few photos of my C10 Avaitor, with this beautiful strap, bought here:

http://www.basandlokes.com/landis-black ... tch-strap/

I'm not affiliated with this company in any way, but I highly recommend them - their service, communication and quality of goods are outstanding. Thanks also to Christopher Ward for supplying a PVD buckle for it - what a lovely combo now!!

Very nice - I bet it looks great with stone-washed denim

Is it my imagination or is the keeper on upside-down??

Thanks all for your feedback, it certainly has proved a popular combo by the sound of it.

Yes, it's the wrong way to what it should be - but surely there's no right or wrong with vintage!? I tried both ways, before settling on this, as the stitching is so nicely (randomly) done, that it's a shame not to show it.

Their straps cost probably a bit more than other suppliers, but to me it's about value not cost :D - it totally transforms the watch for me.
