Summer New Year's Eve: :wave: wild salmon steaks in lemon and dill sauce, jersey royals, steamed asparagus, mange tout, with a Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc, :)summer fruit cheesecake with a sparkling blush, :D and cheeses with a soft merlot. :thumbup:

Fillet steaks with baby potatoes and red cabbage for New Year's Eve meal followed by a Christmas pudding made out of chocolate biscuit :)
And a lovely Prosecco for later.
