Summer New Year's Eve: wild salmon steaks in lemon and dill sauce, jersey royals, steamed asparagus, mange tout, with a Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc, :)summer fruit cheesecake with a sparkling blush, and cheeses with a soft merlot.
