Well - two issues - the strap problem and losing time.

The other points are down to personal taste.

At this time of year, I'd sincerely hope so!
So I wish I was James Bond, just for the day.

A bummer to hear that you aren't getting on with this one, welsh. Makes me rethink my Forum Watch of the Year vote. Good to hear that it doesn't seem to be a system wide issue with the C8R though.

Also makes me think if I should approach watch buying the same way I try to buy electronics, i.e., stay away from first generation anything until bugs have been worked out and the company's proof of execution is there. I suppose the CW 60/60 buffers against some of the need to do that.

Anyway, hope you find yourself something else to spend that money on!

Shame it hasn,t worked out for you steve as you were looking forward to it's arrival.
The problem with the strap seems normal unfortunately for the small wrist, i had the same issue with my c20.
But on a 1K watch you should expect more.
Enjoy the shopping for a replacement.
