Encore 84 gold plated?

Post by zoe sherratt »

I was lucky enough to be given an gold coloured encore 84 for my birthday in November and although I am thrilled with it I do think it couls be improved slightly. I notice that the encore 64 is gold plated whereas the encore 84 is not and I think it just lets the watch down a bit.

I wear my watch everyday and through generally wear and tear the gold colouring of the steel had been worn away in some places on the strap. I don't know how I can rectify this problem and it is a little sad that such a luxury watch is now beginging to look worn and tatty.

Just my thoughts, I just know that if encore 84 had been gold plated it would have just completed this beautiful watch.

(If anyone knows what I can do to correct the damage to the strap it would be grately appriecated :D )

You could always ask for a replacement strap if you feel it's worn too prematurely?!!

For a watch of that price, you won't be wanting to see the strap colour wearing off after only 7/8 months or so!!

Contact Wera and see what she says.....
