It's been done before, but you need to check with ?Kip or Hans first, as otherwise it will turn into a jumble sale?

Watches are like Dictionaries; the worst is better than none, and the best cannot be expected to go quite true.

We have no official policy against it and it has only been done a few times with mixed results.

Personally, I would prefer not to, at least until we are able (if) to set up a seperate subforum for it. That may happen early next year. The team is looking at a few things currently.

Please can we confine it to certain items. I am thinking tech / cameras / collectables rather than cars, bikes etc? There is a great site called Pistonheads that some CW members will be familiar with - Cars primarily but has a good watch section and another for cameras and tech which seems to complement the core site well as there is a lot of crossover interest

For someone like me, who is not a fan of gumtree or ebay for selling, i welcome an alternative.
Nothing to do with the fact of got a loft full of goodies to sell.
Or perhaps someone could organise a yearly bootsale ?
A job section might be nice too.
