That's a very nice looking bulova , great picture
Thanks! I still really like this one. Funny thing is the Bulova stock photos of it are terrible. I would have never bought it had I not seen it in person.

It is so important to see watches in the flesh. Pictures rarely do them justice.lizphoto wrote:tempusmaximus wrote:

And is the colour wrong too? For some reason I thought you had the white-faced version.asqwerth wrote:Day and date are completely wrong. Sorry.

No, someone here has the three-hander with the white dial .
Liz, that's a nice Bulova! What is the case size?

Thanks! It is 42mm. I feel like it is maybe a little too big for my wrist, but I'm not ready to part with it.

It doesn't look too big , it looks great . My mother used to wear a gold watch that was around 16mm wide .to me it looked more like a gold bracelet ,she would have to look really hard to tell the time especially in later years .It must be great to be able to tell the time at a glance !

Yup, it doesn't look too big. Your wrists are probably slightly wider than mine.tempusmaximus wrote:lizphoto wrote:asqwerth wrote:

My Red FLE C60 is 42mm, and it is pretty big on my wrists but looks ok worn loose in casual wear. I'm not likely to wear it for formal or sober occasions, or more serious work days. But it's fine in a fun setting.
I'm all for larger dials - my long-sightedness is getting worse!
