Have I ever mentioned that this is the only Rolex for me (so far at least)? Right after I bought my Speedy, I pointed at the same watch in their display case and joked with the associate, "You're going to have to convince me to buy this one next." To which she said, well, you better get it now before the prices go up. I forget the exact figure she quoted me, but it was north of $8,000. A guy can dream. [-o<

A fresh perspective, in case you've seen too much of bb already.
Wait. How long have you had a Black Bay, Aifo? Did I miss something?

I just did a quick search and didn't find any history.

Peteo, that's exactly what I wondered about Aifo's BB the first time he posted a pic of his watch (about 1+ weeks ago)!

My Wittnauer is finally back on my rotation list - unfortunately forgotten in the midst of the Vintage Bulovas and Omega Seamaster (which has gone for servicing and a spot of repair).

Asqwerth and Peteo, thanks for noticing :)

Speedy today as I will be accompanying my matey to pick up his Co-Axial Auto Speedy, having helped him sourcing one and negotiated the deal, I am most proud of him and silently adoring myself for being such a wonderful friend

Will try to take some comparison shots!

Nevertheless, a very very attractive watch and a good purchase; congrats.
