Took off the bracelet and thought I'd wear it on the rubber strap for a few weeks in the summer.

Bracelet watches this week. Don't want to ruin the leather straps.

When I dropped my Deep Blue from waist height onto a hard floor it was never going to be a happy ending. The metal bracelet snapped and couldn't be repaired. I considered rubber and using it as a true sports watch but then I found this leather strap which works nicely IMO.

The watch is a beast though. 46mm wide and 17mm thick.
