I feel your frustration but also know that this is helping me for when I order my first CW.

As you stated above....your patience level is that of a five year old. A day seems like 10.
As much as it's nice to vent and whine :problem: -- I really do want this to be helpful. I wasn't able to find anything really useful about the vagaries of tracking, and hoped this would help someone like you who might be ordering for a birthday, event, etc.

Oh very helpful indeed. I will be ordering for a special occasion and timing is almost everything. Your posts are reality and that's what I want to know. Not if....or maybe...or it typically takes this long....blah blah.

I greatly appreciate you keeping us updated.

I sent an email to Wera asking if they had any additional information. About 5 minutes later I notice that the USPS has updated the tracking information and the watch is at my local post office (presumably for delivery today). I think Wera is a wizard.

For anyone compulsively tracking, there were no tracking updates from the time that it left the UK to the time that the local post office received it (no info on customs, etc.) When they say "7-10 days" for shipping, it looks like it actually can/will be 10 days. Plan accordingly!
