I bought a C9 Auto and the strap was too long for my wrist also - so I punched a couple more holes and now it's perfect - no big deal. I don't know my wrist measurement exactly, but I can guess it's smaller than average.

If its any gauge, the C7 (C7SXT) leather strap I purchased in the NN sales is exactly the same length as my Hirsch Knight leather which is sold in the Hirsch range as Extra Large size. I have an 8 inch wrist and the Hirsch Knight in standard length did not fit. If CWL provided straps that were too small for me than I'd be peeved. Straps that are too large have the option of adjustment/holes, straps that are too small are returns.
