Grrrr.. I almost gave in to the temptation of buying a GMT Master because you resurfaced this thread...!

What a blast from the past.

"VersionD" on steel please... or maybe not... still, it does have something.

I just saw this post and I was reaching for a credit card before I read the thread!!!
Very interesting unique designs...I assume not much chance of these being made, but I'd be first in line to buy one of the blue. Ed

They still look good after all that time. This post shows how much the forum has changed an excellent teaser post like that only got comments from 3 members. If this was posted now it would become a huge thread. :D
No more Quartz (except when I cannot resist).

Yes, but if there were only that many members it got 100% response, which would be impossible now :D

As everyone else seems to be having a go I'll offer my two-penneth worth, although I don't think you'll like it! These are among the most original designs I've seen from CW, not seeing much "homage" here. But............I just don't like 'em :?

For me they just too busy (some better than others) for a diver which needs to be clear and uncluttered. Just MHO.

I actually like the hour/minute hands, but my biggest problem is I dont think a watch like that can look good on a bracelet.
