Any news of new watches from Chr. Ward?

Post by Aifo »

Just seem a bit quiet since the C11s additions, and no news save as the supposedly GBP2,000 plus watch Mr. Ward mentioned developing . Just wonder if anyone got any idea what's in the pipeline? 8)

Unlike Basel world, I believe "Chrizzle world" is usually around June/July?..but looking at the sneak preview section it can be as early as May or as late as August....
I miss all the great things that may never be.

From the magazine it says a new "Mono-pusher" design CWL will be launched (~2013 Spring). Could we be seeing this in the near future then?

Fascinating!

Agree Kip, can't see who wouldn't! It surpassed my expectation by a huge mile as this would really set CW above the general affordable Swiss. Big thumb up to CWL if what predicted materialized. Fingers xx!

How on earth does a chrono with one pusher work? How do you reset it?

I believe it is start, stop reset. Then repeat. There is no option to pause and then continue as with 2 pusher chronographs.

Worth a look on YouTube at the various types - mostly high end brands but it gives an idea.

Looks like it has two pushers but that's the stem. The stem looks like a pusher.
