A coffee table style magazine selling an aspirational style of living rather than concentrating on just the watches as being desirable for what they are rather than what they say about you.
Thanks. Given that definition, I feel like a number of watch related publications fit this mold.

I found the tailoring article quite nice. Since I don't own a proper suit, and certainly can't afford to buy a bespoke suit, maybe the piece was not relevant. However, as pure knowledge for myself, I think it was an enjoyable read and I learnt things from it. I am interested in those suits, and maybe one day can afford one. :)

Ordered my magazine in the early hours of Monday morning (1am, or so) and it arrived today.

FYI CWL employees: The covering letter indicates that I'm receiving the 'Autumn/Winter 2011' brochure rather than 'Spring/Summer 2012'.

Mine dropped through the letter box this morning....one of the joys of working from home means that I had some light reading matter with the mid morning cuppa... :)

The C11 HRDC on page 18 is sooooo tempting..... [-X

Interested to see the section on Vintage Watches ...does that mean there will be a chance for a Zenith El Primero revival as well then??!! :D Has anyone heard anything?

I note that the Rolex Submariner has already been revived in the form of the C60, the Omega Speadmaster in the form of the C7, the IWC Big Pilot's watch in the form of the C8 and the Cartier Tank in the form of the C15.

I had a quick flick through this morning...I see what you mean about lifestyle, but maybe that's not such a bad direction to go in. Some interesting articles IMO (esp the Vintage piece) with a suitable smattering of 'watch-candy'!

Will we receive one if we have purchased a watch, or do we have to sign up to something else to receive further newsletters?

Shows how thick I am, I thought a "mono-pusher" was a type of aircraft configuration :-?

Still not sure why such a movement would be very very complex :?: I'm sure someone will enlighten me...

Received mine yesterday and had a good look through last night. Enjoyed the bond article and the pilots diary; made for interesting reading. However, it appears that proof reading was not a major concern - littered with errors!
