Russ-Shettle wrote:Poop eating grin! We use to say it differently back in the day. And "eat your heart out Rolex" Now that about says it all, doesn't it. This is exactly how I would order mine. Love the orange in it. Very nice choice of all the options. This one's got the 2893 movement, my favorite of all auto movements.
She is a beauty for sure. And perfect all around. I had read SuperPictave's posts and figured that was isolated. But from my untrained perspective I don't yet see any flaws.

Bezel marker - spot on
GMT hand - perfectly aligned
I've got it 1 sec fast and have had it exactly 24 hrs. NIST is just down the road BTW.
bracelet shoulders to lugs - flawless

And it is hefty, really substantial and more so off wrist. No pic, of any quality, can match the full sensory impact of this precision timepiece. Really sweet.

Hey, any other eval criteria I should pay attention to?

And yes we say it differently as well. Ah, the things our fathers have taught us!

As a matter of fact the self imposed 24 hr cooling off period has just expired...and if that C4-BBMF-IPK3 ever comes up again - oh yes. It's got a Spitfire on it, man!

Glad to see Jason get it as I didn't pick up on your WTB reference.

Pretty tasty. The C60 that is, not the pooh.

Nor the C7 obviously because that's a quartz.

If you must buy one, get it in February with code GP15 and save yourself 15%.

Glad I could help. :)

Many more pics coming. thinking of pulling out the Nikkor 85mm and see what that produces. Best piece of glass I own though manual focus - old school.

Those pictures are sellers, I mean, who wouldn't want to buy one now? How often has that been said? Right? CW should use some of the pictures posted on this forum. The GMT is the one and only diver to buy. Super watch. Does the orange lumn actually glow orange like that? Must look great in the dark.
