Silicone Strap Diver Pro C6 Blue Faced

Post by lowtondave »

Can anyone help me got Diver Pro C6 Blue Faced with metal strap, with intention at later date of getting a silicone rubber strap, I like the style that comes as standard from CW where it splays out to match the lugs of the watch.

They do not have this type as an optional extra in the store, does anyone know of a similar type by someone else?

I have not seen a similar strap when looking round the interweb at after-market straps. If I did I don't suppose that it'd fit the C60 too well as the lugs have a unique angular end profile.

If you have a very steady hand and a sharp knife you could customise a 26mm strap by cutting out notches for the 22mm lugs... but there's always the danger of ending up with a useless bit of butchered rubber.

A call to CW HQ might be in order here - they might have one lying around (but don't count on it).

Good luck with your hunt.

Always worth a try as customer services may have some lying around. The C6 range has been discontinued as the C60 range has grown.

Also try a WTB as a lot of people put their C6 on a Maratac Elite strap.

Two good ideas here, although a WTB may be a better bet. :)

Just go for the maratac - brilliant unless you have small wrists as they are a tad longer than the norm

how small are your wrists?

I have a spare silicone strap from a C6, but its sized for my fairly small wrists. 6.75" or so
