Re: ISOFRANE
Nice strap!
One might think you have a thing for rubber.

Re: ISOFRANE
I'm not a big fan of rubber but a good Isofrane on the right watch does look good
I'm assuming you mean that it is the modern version called the '1968' as opposed to a 1968 NOS?
Actually,if anyone is interested and has a pot of spare cash doing nothing, there are original NOS 1970's Swiss tropics available at http://www.isofrane.com/...mind you $169 plus import duties.

Re: ISOFRANE
It would be nice if the weren't so bloody long! And expensive. I'd like to get a natural rubber strap for the SKX 007, but I don't need a 10 inch strap, and I'd prefer it cost less than the watch.

Re: ISOFRANE
Love the look of the strap and it looks great on your diver.
What I cannot get my head around is the price. I don't care how good a quality rubber is used, it must still cost a fraction of the asking price to make. It should say Rolex on it for that kind of mark up
Having typed that, when I recently sold my Benarus Moray 3 I negotiated to keep hold of it's rubber strap......

Re: ISOFRANE
The Isofrane looks good, but I couldn't wear one - it'd go twice round my wrist and I just don't like the feel of rubber/silicon or anything in-between. I have tried the TF rubber equivalent, which seems to be fairly well thought of, and a couple of other versions with no luck.
Lovely watch though - I have it on steel, as you may remember

Re: ISOFRANE
Saw one on an Omega Planet Ocean orange and it looked great, but would still. prefer a leather or Maratac strap as I cannot envisage my divers watches going further than 1.8m in the swimming pool
