A little Steinhart porn

Post by castle »

Just got this during the week. Totally delighted. I know that this watch is well known on here, but I couldn't resist posting a few more photos. The difference this time is that this is MY watch!

Man I love these! Makes me all the more impatient to get the vintage dlc version. Looks great - enjoy the wobble :)

Lovely watch, great pictures, not cheap and in many ways a real bargain.

So what are selling now that this is going to hog your wrist time?

Classy, love this Nav B Chrono. Great quality, blued hands, classic pilot face and the 7750 wobble....!

PS - have you seen the 7750rotor on the Steinhart Grand Prix edition - I'll try and upload on the thread elsewhere, awesome!

Very, very nice. That GP is something special. Id like CW to do another 7750 similar to the Speedhawk.........

Or do something akin to the Steinhart with the c700? Endorsed by a British race driver perhaps - Mansell, Hill, Surtees (possibly spoken for), (NB Moss, Coulthard, Button, Hamilton Irvine and some others spoken for)

Very nice, modern looking rotor in the Steinhart GP. Much more interesting than the usual half circle shape.

Also very nice the one in the Nav. B.

Congratulations on the Nav-B Chrono, Castle. Very nice watch. Love the blued hands and the complex, yet very clear, dial. Also love the general proportions.

Great pics too. :)

A bit torn on this decision, could well be my other Steinhart (Ocean 1 GMT) as although it is undoubtedly it is a fantastic watch I really have barely worn it since I got it last year. The other possibility is my C8 black pilot as it just has too much overlap with the Nav B. Will have a think about this over the next week or so. :?

Have to admit that the photos aren't mine. I asked the seller if he minded me using his photos and he was more than happy. :D
