I like it - the strap is modelled on a Klingon's forehead isn't it?
This is my mid-90's quartz Yema.
Yema are a French watch company, based in Besançon, near the Swiss border. In the 90's they were part of Seiko Europe and the movement in mine is a quartz Seiko Y182B; a chronograph with an alarm. The one you show looks to be the same. Seiko sold the company to it's management and I read somewhere that, at least initially, some of the watches were made in China... but there's still a facility of some kind in Besançon. They seem to be using Miyota, Ronda and ISA movements now, amongst others...
The watch that I think they're most famous for is the Sous-Marine - and it is back in their catalogue... interesting...

It's interesting isn't it?! Beauty is in the eye of the beholder so if you like it XT...
Thanks for the history Loddonite. There are so many of these little companies producing their own designs and competing in what is a niche market against the big Swiss and Japanese companies. Hats off to them i say.

Re: Yema Rallygraf.....
Interesting post, another brand to have a look at.
I did google and came across Yema USA site.
Their take on a square style Monaco like chrono I find interesting...
Whether the sub-dials are actually usable I can't quite see from the image.

Re: Yema Rallygraf.....
Interesting that Firefox connected me to Yema Europe without problem but said that Yema USA was an untrusted site with an out of date licence!!??

Re: Yema Rallygraf.....
Haven't I just seen this over on TZ-UK? Pretty sure it is a quartz. I am guessing that Mrs XT has succumbed to a pouting of the lips and Xt is now looking for his christmas present?

Not sure if anybody else here strays into other forms of geekiness, but that first photo sort of reminds me of the Witchblade. Spooky!

Re: Yema Rallygraf.....
Yema USA is actually the company that is the North American distributor for Orient. As such, they seem to be in love with "50% off coupons" for just about everything they sell. I am always dubious about permanent discount deals. Why not just sell for the discount price all the time?
