Thanks guys. At the risk of boring you all, here's a dodgy lume pic and a few macro shots...

Surprisingly I don’t like the hour markets close up. Don’t get me wrong as a package it’s blooming lovely just haven’t seen the markers that close before

Very nice piece, and great pics. The 18k white gold surrounds have a lovely lustre. Congrats.

I refused. It must be love.
I'd take the easy money every time. Only watches gifted to me would stay. Plenty more fish.

A cracking watch. Likely though will be worth 20k the instant it becomes discontinued.

^^^^^ Well WF are already asking £16,000-£17,000 for unworn 116520 steel bezel models - more than the current ceramic version.

I guess that even worn scratched bezel models a couple of years old would still sell for far far more than they cost.....

The joke is the relatively good value of the PM models. It’s a funny old game.

I quite like the "organic" hour markers, although I will say that Rolex could've made an already lovely watch even better by marking said markers a "black chrome" finish and using black hour and minute hands. They could've continued the white colour of the lume as a matching strip down the centre of each black hand. No matter, it's nonetheless lovely and will remain a highly regarded and coveted watch as is... :)
