Personally.....the words BARGEPOLE and I WOULDN'T TOUCH ONE WITH A.... spring to mind!!!

I've heard more than my fair share of bad things about their watches to make sure I never go near one!!

The other thing I've heard is that they pretty blatantly copy other watch co's designs, so for that reason too......I'm out!!

I'm sure they 'must' make a decent watch.....maybe??? ........I'm just in no hurry to find out!!

Only downside is *cough* it's blue *cough*

Posted with my tongue in my cheek

P.S. I actually have one of these given as a gift. Wears ok and the bracelet is solid.

[-X ...to much of a manly watch...
If you really want a quartz beater watch at a low price from a brand that has some 'trust' then try looking at Sekonda.
The women's stuff is under their SEKSY brand but they tend to be more dressy affairs.

Failing that another brand I have in the beater quartz category is "Royal London" = eBay search here

Plus there's always Casio. I like some of the Edifice range although likely to be again at the macho end of manly depending on the model.

Just some thoughts, Alex.

P.S. I don't knock quartz watches. I like quartz watches. In fact if you go into the history of quartz watches they are a technological marvel. I like the 20th century innovations, although the 18th century technology is nice to visit as well.

:2thumbs: now i have to trawl the bay for a women,s diver in a quartz as a beater ...i mean 38 to 42mm
FYI there's a Sekonda click here @38mm wide about same price as the Invicta you posted about above. IMHO the white works as a ladies watch.

Also using the search criteria 'diver 38mm' there's a Rotary to be had click link for a bit less pennies (poor photos though).

I only post these for information. I can't vouch for the sellers or watches, they're just the result of a search!

Hope it helps anyhow, Alex

P.S. can you tell I'm bored!
