To boldly go tell the time..

Bill Shatner's got a watch out!

Looks an interesting piece, with some interesting methods of achieving sales and getting a discount off the (inflated, dunno?) rrp!

Egard watches aren't particularly cheap, so the pre-order price is definitely a discount.

Whether that makes it 'cheap' or not is another thing.

I find it oddly appealing, especially in the gun metal with the leather strap. However, not appealing enough to reach for my Credit Card.

I particularly like the fact that, seemingly, the owner of Egard 'sought out' 100% authentic asteroid to 'dust' the watch with.. apparantly that adds a piece of the Universe to the watch. Wondering where all the other components might have come from if not from this Universe??

Start up costs aside, the RRP is inflated. But I like it. The Miyota movement is a let down and is putting me off paying.

It is different, but I like the day/night indicator and the styling. It will certainly draw a marmite reaction.

Interesting piece to ponder.... Gunmetal or Rose "Gold"?

Each of us will face this question at least once in a year.

"Why do you have so many watches? You can only wear one at a time!"
