Affordable ETA 2892. Comes with three straps. Nice ladies steel and gold pvd versions too.

Despite my strong misgivings about the value for money of IWC - and my ongoing battle to get my Ingenieur VC Laureus to work properly, I still want one of these:

Re: The "what watch are you day dreaming about now" thread
All of this talk about 15% discount has actually caused some reflection. I am daydreaming about my C60 COSC. It broke on day 1 (Christmas day), I had it back a month later then returned it under the ETA2824 COSC offer in February after about half-a-dozen wearings, and have not seen it for more than three months.
Far from spending on a new CW, I am seriously questioning my wisdom on having ordered the FLE.
I am a very strong supporter of CW, but feel rather frustrated right now.

I think I should start a "CvdK of the day dream thread"...today's offering is the Retro Moon.

Understandable. Has there been some communication to explain the three month wait? What is the ETA on the ETA?bspj wrote:All of this talk about 15% discount has actually caused some reflection. Re: The "what watch are you day dreaming about now" thread
The five week estimate ran over somewhat....after ten weeks (having heard nothing) I contacted CW. I was told that there was some delay. That was nearly a month ago. As you know, Richard, I am not one of the whingers on here and it would have been great to report that there had been regular updates/a quick turnaround.downer wrote:Understandable. Everyone is entitled to a little whinge every now and then if only because it enhances overall credibility.
I find blind faith a tad obsequious.

But why five holes - somewhat asymmetrical ..?
And integrated bracelet?
Re: The "what watch are you day dreaming about now" thread
I know. Everything is wrong with it. It's old fashioned, it's unbalanced by the bezel holes (and the crown guards). It's got a basic movement inside. It's overpriced.blowfish89 wrote:downer wrote:

And I would still like one.
