I don’t know if it’s my age, but gold, especially rose gold, is becoming more alluring to me. I’d gladly swap any of my watches for this, but sadly I doubt they will accept the trade. This little beauty retails at almost £19K, but the charismatic WOS salesman promised to gift me a strap worthy of the piece - a Patek black alligator - the only condition was that I had to buy this watch from him. I was sorely tempted…..stefs wrote: ↑Wed Aug 03, 2022 10:52 amI would love to swap my steel one for that! A gorgeous thing.0uatiOW wrote: ↑Tue Jul 26, 2022 11:04 pm I popped into WOS at the weekend see the Longines Spirit Zulu. It was impressive, nice enough, but failed to fire me up.
I mooched around some of the other boutiques within the store, and my eyes fell upon this.

I just wouldn’t be able to stop staring at it…
Tested in five positions with no back play whatsoever.

^^^ Lovely Moser.
Who says you need a brand name on a dial to recognise what it is.

^^^
Moser is probably a brand I could see myself spending an obscene (to many) amount on a watch with. If of course money was no object, which it is
.
It doesn't matter how much you enlarge the image, their dials are just flawless and exquisite.

This would be a rather nice exit watch.
Cheers now, Paul

Lately it's been the Speedmaster. I watched a few YouTube video's on them last week and my feed is full them now. Not sure if this is a sign from Google that it's time to buy one or that I forgot to turn my VPN on.

- Titanium
- 40mm case
- perpetual calendar
- signature hollowed out lugs
- 423 part, 5 day movement
- only 15 produced each year
It’s a winner.
Well other than the price of CHF 125,000 plus VAT.

A watch that would have the Sealander 36's bracelet (on the fly adjustments, taper, etc.) and indexes, the finishing of a 37mm GS sbgx261 and the lume/power reserve of a Black Bay 36.
And I've been going nuts over this for the past few months. I had already saved for a Rolex Explorer 36 but have had no luck whatsoever with the ADs I visited (and I've watched the countless Youtube videos, but I aint ready to start a pseudo friendship with an almighty sales person to prove that I'm worthy of their product).

^^^ I've always had a soft spot for that model, although I preferred it before they increased the case size from 40mm to 42mm. Still very nice though.

There's a CW Sapphire prototype on ebay, funds do not allow it
