I’ll second that. I have an email response from them when I inquired about the one with three subdials. They said they had plans to make the 24 hour subdial independently adjustable so it could be used as a GMT.
That was a year ago with nothing yet. I REALLY hope they do. It would take that watch to a whole other level.Time and money? I’ve spent most of mine on booze and women. The rest I just wasted…

Oh wow that would be amazing! Currently the 12 hour bezel can serve that purpose but not as nice.watchaholic wrote:I’ll second that. Odd and I don't normally look at designer watch brand but the Hermes H08 on Hodinkee is really catching my eye.

Now that would be cool - the complete watch, nothing else ever needed. I do like Damasko - Page and Cooper used to do some really good videos on them when they were in business. Virtually bulletproof I reckon.watchaholic wrote: ↑Fri Jan 14, 2022 7:55 pm They said they had plans to make the 24 hour subdial independently adjustable so it could be used as a GMT.

Probably the most useless complication ever the way it stands. Heuer used this movement back in the day, (without the jumping minute counter of course) and just left the 24 hr sub dial off.

Much prefer no dial over a useless one. Maybe just what Lindsay needed in Antartica.

I've owned 2 Silverstones over the years, original and the CAM2110. Its an odd thing and I never used the chrono elements.. but, still think its a really characterful and cool watch (and big), its one of the few watches I would consider acquiring again. I miss its eccentricity.watchaholic wrote: ↑Fri Jan 14, 2022 10:34 pm Probably the most useless complication ever the way it stands. Edit: Just realised I hadn't come across this particular model before.

watching you fail in your quest for a “one watch” has been great entertainment

One of my favourite places in Europe, I have a pic of me at the helm of one of the local hire speedboats thinking I was James Bond for the day. However, on looking just now I note I was wearing a ropey old Tissot and nothing as nice as the watch in your post
