Re: The "what watch are you day dreaming about now" thread
Hard to argue with that choice, MissF - and I will not mention the lack of a DAY function.

^^^
well, I thought what I absolutely needed was a Day-Date. Then before that I thought I absolutely needed a watch with 100m WR. Then before that I thought I absolutely needed a polar explorer. Then before that...... we’ll, you know how it goes!

watching you fail in your quest for a “one watch” has been great entertainment

Well you did express love for it when it was first previewed a couple of years ago, see thread below.
I hope you do go for it after the lockdown, it's a gorgeous watch

I hear you on that one Neil. Gorgeous.nbg wrote:If someone decides to sell one of these, I would break the rule I made about 6 months ago and seriously think about buying it.

Re: The
Problem is they only did a run of about 50, all made to order. The story is it was only supposed to be a prototype, but it got muddled up with the production models on show at SIHH 2019 and they ended up taking orders.
I like it because the bezel would make it wear smaller than the standard non twisty bezel versions that use the same case. Looks to also be a slightly different shade of blue.

I really like Moser's usual fare, but this takes dressy diver to a new level, in a rather confused looking way.
Was it a "proper" job, or were they exercising their humour as they've done in the past?

Re: The "what watch are you day dreaming about now" thread
Having put the brown colour way of the LLD up in a post (albeit on leather) - umm, Lindsey, I am NOT "guilty as charged".
So many others' "fault"
(those who have various versions). I did however warn of the propensity of these here denizens to find fascinating ways to spend your money....
THAT said, I really get it. Not just a special watch but quite it's own thing and pedigree.
Enjoy dreaming of that lovely carrot as we get to "the other side". Take care - one and all.
