Agreed re. the strap, it makes the watch look to “smart”, if that makes sense. It also comes with a vintage style brownish/tanish calf strap.

I like the look of this one.

Ticks a few boxes for me.
- I keep looking at Panerai as something different
- I like chronographs
- I like vintage detail
- I like flat blue dials
- size is 42mm

I would have thought the one that gary sold being much slimmer would have been more you or even the new 38 mm versions. Must admit they do make a great looking watch with their own character and style

I have always thought the Panerai 372 is the purest Watch they have made In Years.... No complications just 4 numbers and two hands, on a perfectly designed 47 mm watch.... They are over £7, 000.

I was joking with the question about the "radar" but a spirit level on a watch seems just as daft a proposition to me.
