I'm not a Rolex fan, something about them just doesn't do it for me and I can't explain why. That was until I seen the Cosmograph Daytona in Ice Blue

Would be far too heavy to wear every day though.

I just read through the “Watches in movies thread” and now have a new watch I’m dreaming about - the Longines Evidenza. What a beauty. And if it’s good enough for Bogart than it’s certainly good enough for me.

An Explorer was my dream watch (in addition to the Submariner) until I got my C65 Trident Vintage. I know they're not exactly the same kind of watch, but the C65 Vintage really has scratched that itch for me.

One to keep in mind I reckon, far more than a vintage DJ.

In my view, far and away the best “one watch” Steel Rolex, that is genuinely suitable for any occasion.
