My only concern is that at 44mm it should be spot on for me, but speedies apparently wear smaller, so we shall see.

I am dreaming about 2 watches that I recently purchased and that were delivered while I am away on vacation in AZ . My daughter got to unbox them and I got the pictures.
Last night my CW bronze arrived and it looks great and it came in with no cdn sales taxes.
Last week my Seiko SBDC053 arrived and again my daughter got the pleasure of unboxing it.
I have to wait until December 16 to see them up close so dreaming of that day.

Cheers Mike.
Cheers, Mike.

Ideally a 007, but more likely a 017. It's such an iconic, ugly brute it's got to work hasn't it?

It's on its way :D

Although I'm tempted by the Bremont Supermarine 300 currently listed on TZ for silly money :?

I tried one of these on at Jura in Leeds today, looks even better in the metal and a great size. The £5.5k price might be an issue though :problem:

I couldn't believe the orgy of high end watch retailers I passed today, mainly on Commercial Street and in the Victoria Arcade - plenty of PP, AP, VC, Rolex, Breguet, Blancpain, Omega, Breitling....there's an H Samuel too

Victoria is great isn't it. Was the Tesla still parked in it just down from Jura?

^^^Nick yes the Tesla is still there. I also noticed a Watchfinder shop in Victoria but it seems to be closed for refurbishment.

I imagine to sort it out following the robbery in November (having previously been robbed in July).

I was amazed the last time I was there. You would never think that Leeds would have such a concentration of amazing watchy places. There are some bloody good restaurants up there too now. (Man behind the curtain, etc).
