Now my AT's are gone, I feel the door is ajar to looking at another GS.

I quite like the SBGM021 - different enough, and a good size.




Jura has the silver one in the sale... but maybe not as nice.

I don't think I'd ever buy a GS at full price... but If I saw the ivory dial at a good price, I think I could be tempted.

It’s possible... not sure about SD - and I always wish the PR could be more balanced, but yeah, it’s possible. The quick-set hour hand on the GMT is a major draw for me. Do the SD movements have that?

Was doing a bit of window shopping today whilst on a day out in Oxford and came across a BB36 which I've always wanted to try on for size.



I wasn't quite sure how it would look, but it was a great fit for me.
I happened to be wearing my moronic GS and it was great to be able to compare them side-by-side.
Went away feeling even more satisfied with the Seiko as it more than held it's own.

The BB is nice, but did take a dislike to the snowflake hands on the 36.
They looked a little large and disproportionate to me.

Anyway, I summarised that 36 looks at home on my wrist (dare I say perfect) and felt supremely comfortable, so I now think I'll be working towards a 36mm AT or blue/grey dialled OP

VC overseas dual time.
Prefer the white but wouldn't complain about having any of them.

I have a plan though....
Watch buying & selling is on hold on a promise to my good lady.
But......I could sell one and get this for roughly the same money.
