Whilst I like the look of the Solo v much I found it rather thick in relation to its diameter when on the wrist. The Breitling is the easy winner of the 2 for me.

The solo is proper thick, the new airco 's wear nicer. I could imagine a breitling swap for a sinn 903?atnits wrote:Whilst I like the look of the Solo v much I found it rather thick in relation to its diameter when on the wrist. The Breitling is the easy winner of the 2 for me.

Pete, Swaping for a sinn would be a like for like but not as good and the airco doesn't work for me as it is the lovely white dial with the very legible lumed swordhands. I used to like my old white c9 with the rose gold hands and applied numerals but at 43mm it was miles too big. This does the job at a much better size and although not svelte at 13 mm I didnt find it offputting when I tried one on

Look at all that empty space at the bottom of the dial. You'd think they could make the logo a bit biggerkevin_b1 wrote:It's only $115,000 almost a bargain![]()

I think it looks dreadful! But then I think most of their stuff is strange compared with other very high end brands.stefs wrote:Could be a few bob!missF wrote:this isn't one i dream of owning - but it has the stuff of dreams in it and is very very beautiful... that's a moonphase in the middle of the dial.....![]()

I do like this one though, other than the size. Far more sensibly priced.

My other half wears the 37mm solo comfortably enough. Okay, because of the case shape and size, it's right at the limit for her. But it's a watch she loved when first seen and she had a big grin all over her face when she eventually tried it on some time later. The case height hasn't been an issue for her at all and she wears it for both work and casually.
