Re: The "what watch are you day dreaming about now" thread
After my latest addition I don't plan on buying any watches for the foreseeable future but I am planning something for the future for a significant birthday
After browsing rolex yesterday I found a 36mm op that I like

Today I've looked at Omega and found this which is a little bigger but might still work

I also like the look of these but think I prefer the black dial version

IM starting to like this a lot more, its got a sort of underdog look about it.

a Consolidation is happening and im starting to look for a one watch/ wedding day watch now that I really don't wear many in my collection.

On second thoughts the price is quite collosal @ £4900 dollars. The Ahoi Neomatik is really top of the list.tempusmaximus wrote:Considering purchasing this one then DM ?Dancematt wrote:IM starting to like this a lot more, its got a sort of underdog look about it.

Just tried this on brand new @ £2630. Great value but is it me or should I just change my crappy attitude?

I would have if not for my wrecking ball toddler son. I can hardly wear them now for fear of jam smearing and duplo bashing. That's why the cwc's and animals have had so much wear probably I hardly wear anything new thats nor a beater.tempusmaximus wrote:To be honest Pete , I thought you would have gone the vintage route .

Re: The "what watch are you day dreaming about now" thread
I love it. IMO, the best of the recent Omega "vintage" outings. Don't think it could be a One Watch or wedding watch for me, as it's very sporty and not as formal to my eyes. But for what it is, it's a slam dunk.Dancematt wrote:IM starting to like this a lot more, its got a sort of underdog look about it.

Is that the OP36? That's on my radar too with the exact same colour and indices.atnits wrote:All I desire...
