Agree - definitely not franken. As the owner of several lightly modded Omegas, I must say that I really like this mod. Hopefully you'll be able to wangle it at a decent price.
oh, and also agree. not franken, just modded. but a very uncommon (i.e., this is the only one i've seen) and difficult mod (due to difficulty of sourcing just the bezel).
