You guys can keep your Speedmasters, I want a Sinn 103 again

The German Astronaut Reinhold Ewald wore a Sinn 103 ST in space during his 97`MIR mission.
The original watch is currently on display in a Museum.
Proof (left sleeve of the space suit):

The left sleeve really looks like a Timex datalink to me.blowfish89 wrote:You guys can keep your Speedmasters, I want a Sinn 103 again![]()

My visit to SalonQP determined that I like the twin crown style of the Bremont MBii and U22 but, in all reality, I'm unlikely to be buying one anytime soon.
So my thoughts have drifted back to a favourite of mine in the form of the Elliot Brown Canford, in particular their Clipper Round the World Clipper LE ###/1,000.

Re: The "what watch are you day dreaming about now" thread
Got a new Elliot Brown Bloxworth turning up this week - insanely excited for a quartz movement watch - which is very unusual for me as I am a clockwork man through and through.
I think it is the confidence wearing such an indestructible lump gives me - wearing an Elliot Brown - its a bit like driving a Volvo - not a modern one but a 240 or a 940 maybe - the feeling of indestructibility it gives you!

My visit to Elliot Brown keeps being postponed but with luck it should happen during the next two weeks. I'm really looking forward to it.
And photos will follow - Alex has given me permission to take snaps on the day

I am not a collector of watches. I used to be able to say that and know I was telling the truth.
