Its one of three colour variants in a (non-limited) edition of the 39mm Speedmaster reduced. As well as blue, it came in red and yellow. Tikkathree on the forum owns a yellow one.
The red and yellow were Schumacher versions, the blue was promoted by someone else (one of the KART racers, probably one of the Andrettis). It's commonly called a Schumacher by association with the other two.
It has a 2 part movement - an ETA 2890 with an add-on Dubois-Depraz chronograph module. Generally easy and relatively cheap to service as they usually only service the 2890 (a no-date 2892) - however if the chrono module needs servicing it's usually a replacement job as apparently they are very difficult to service (just what I've read).
