I'm not an expert but this one looks fake, anyone know about fake steinharts circulating? Sorry for posting a link don't know another way to point this out...

No, that's fine, it's just a slightly older one, I think.

The case back is identical to my GMT.

I've noticed before that they've slightly varied the typeface for the numerals on the bezel, in the same way that Rolex have. The bracelet is also identical to my GMT.

I'd be very surprised if a £300 watch was ever faked. It just wouldn't be worth the effort.
So I wish I was James Bond, just for the day.

It looks like the OVM can be ordered as there is no pre-order/out-of-stock message etc.

Just for interest (apols if it's already been posted UT), but Steinhart produce their Ocean 1 in the guise of the Robert Poseidon One. A mint specimen went on the Bay recently for about £170.

From time-to-time Steinhart's Ocean 1 appears in certain places as "Robert Poseidon One".
