i've had mine since thursday night. will write up a review when i have a moment to take pics.

quick and dirty? looks nice, strap is interesting and different in a good way. and works well with this watch. i might even take a quick look at it on another watch or two just out of curiosity. but at 40mm with that thin of a bezel, it just wears too large for me, even when it's as thin as it is. i was probably going to give it to my dad, but if it wears too big for me, it'll wear too big for him. :/

really wish they'd made this at 38mm. it would have been perfect to me at that size.

That's nice - the 'thin-ness' is quite unusual these days. What's the lug to lug distance?

I'm looking for a watch for my daughter, but I expect this would be too large for her unfortunately.

Mark

What did you pay for shipping? Their watches interest me and are priced very reasonably.

Mine arrived but it needs further attention. I opted for the blue hands, which are painted rather than flamed blue, and there are a couple of fine slithers of paint stuck to the minute hand which I believe should have been picked up at their QA stage. I've sent them a message to see how they want to handle things so we'll see what happens next.

It looks like a front-loading dial so it's not even as if I can take the back off and drop the movement & dial out to get to this myself.

Well, if it's anything like their non-reply to my email following up their website and the prospect of signing up with them, you'll be mightily disappointed. For me, as a fickle and impulsive potential customer I've lost interest and therefore they've lost me and any prospect of access into my wallet.

I read the kick starter review page and it seems that there are a lot of complaints regarding uneven crystal.

Difficult to tell on mine - I've not even removed the plastic protecting layer.

I had a reply overnight offering a replacement. Given that there seem to be a lot of concerns around all the watches I don't think I'm going to risk it so will see if I can get a refund.
