Hi Daz,

Thanks for asking! What happened to it? I truly, from the depths of my sole, wish I knew. I was a crazy young man 35 years ago. I think it was 1968 when I bought it. I joined the Air Force in 1972. I was 21 years old. I believe I still wore it after basic training and up until I got married. A few years after we got married our apartment was robbed one night. I can't say for sure that is what happened to it. I simply can't recall anything pertaining to that watch or what may have happened to it. Like I said, "I wish". Back then, I had no idea how much that watch would mean to me in the future.

By the way; who is the super artist? You or Kip, or both of you. I would like you guys to creat a CW version of the Seawolf? If you will…. Keep the face simple. The hands must be similarly pointed, sword-like. I think there's a name for that style of hand. The bezel must be silver and polished with very simple markings. The Seawolf was very hansom in that way. I wish you could have seen it bran new. Most divers watches I see today have way too much detail.

It should be a diver's watch but have a simple elegance to it.

Give it a try. Who knows, CW might like it!

Russ

It really is a great looking watch,a true understated classic look 8) . Kinda reminds me of the watch my grandfather wore, but his was definately not a zodiac.

It would be good to have something similiar made these days, but I guess if you are meant to have one again it will happen. I saw this website: www.vintagezodiacs.com which has quite a lot of info about them.

Good luck in your hunt for one :D

Cheers
