Orient Arrived - Photos
Re: Orient Arrived - Photos
I think this is a terrific looking watch. It would be great if CWL brought out something similar.

Re: Orient Arrived - Photos
So I just went on the Orient Web site to take a look at this one, and it's definitely A LOT nicer in your photos than on the Web site. There's not nearly the dial depth in the marketing photos. I NEVER would have considered this watch just based on the company photos. Makes you wonder why watch companies don't put good user photos along side their company stock.

I think real world photos definitely help a lot when trying to make a purchasing decision.
Thanks for the compliment on the pictures. I'm still trying to perfect the art of watch photography. Lighting seems to be my nemesis.

That's a pretty big club, to which most of us belong. At least we get the watch in focus. Not everybody does.jackthedog wrote: Lighting seems to be my nemesis.
Btw, I think your pictures are terrific. They must be, they are better than mine.

+2 Its ironic that still many online watch retailers fail with their pics big time esp given that it could be the deal maker..or breaker!Peteo wrote:So I just went on the Orient Web site to take a look at this one, and it's definitely A LOT nicer in your photos than on the Web site. Never really looked at orient before apart from their vfm divers but this looks like a perfect daily dress watch imo, very classy yet understated
